Hi,

bugfix/better-error-reporting addresses #7623 and #7431:

  * it makes tails-iuk's stderr be displayed on the terminal or in
    .xsession-errors (depending on how one runs it)

  * same for t-p-s, and additionally it makes it possible to run it
    with the --verbose switch, without needing to fiddle with the sudo
    configuration

All this should make it easier for developers to work on these pieces
of software, and for users to report bugs usefully (e.g. front-desk
people will be able to ask reporters to run t-p-s with --verbose).

Probably too invasive for 1.1.1, so candidate for 1.2.
