Given the congress' audience and the fact we currently are waaay more
in need of contributors than in need of users, I believe that sessions
about "How to contribute to Tails" (along the lines of what we had at
the HackFest) would be highly relevant. I'm personally ready to handle
sessions about "Improving the infrastructure behind Tails" and
"Contributing to Tails by working on Debian" again.
