[Freepto] English translation for the web page

Hi,

we need english translation for the web page. I've create an issue for
that: https://github.com/AvANa-BBS/freepto-web/issues/6

If someone would work on that but doesn't know how to publish it in the
git repository, he/she can publish the translation here in the mailing
list and another one can put it in the repository.
