Your server is only accepting MACs that are not supported in Debian
Squeeze (I believe), so of course client/server compatibility can be
a problem. For Wheezy, things should be different:

Can you please try to add "hmac-sha2-256,hmac-sha2-512" to the list of
MACs accepted by the SSH client on Tails/Wheezy, and report back?
