[Tails-dev] tor-launcher... without xulrunner

Hi,

xulrunner is being phased out. Iceweasel 30 betas in Debian don't ship
it anymore. We use it to run tor-launcher. We have to migrate away
from it before we move to Firefox 31 ESR.
