[Tails-dev] Please review'n'merge feature/torbutton-1.6.6.0

Hi,

I've packaged Torbutton 1.6.6.0 for the upcoming 0.23 freeze and RC. The
changes that seems most likely to possibly have relevance for us are:

* Bug #9486: Really clear NoScript Temporary Permissions on New Identity
* Bug #10419: Don't allow connections to localhost.
* Bug #10682: Workaround to really disable updates for Torbutton.
* Bug #9738: Fix for auto-maximizing on browser start
* Bug #10285: Clear permissions on New Identity
* Bug #10095: Make inner window a multiple of 200x100
* Bug #10800: Prevent exception in New Identity

I've tested it for over an hour (including some NoScript stuff that we
don't even support, really), and it all seems to work properly.

Please review and merge into devel. There are no commits in the
feature/torbutton-1.6.6.0 Git branch; there's just the new package in
the feature-torbutton-1.6.6.0 APT suite.
