1st proposal: With "System administrator"

- I like the grouping "Language skills" / "Technical skills"; however,
"User" > "Make a donation" doesn't have anything to do with language
skills
- I like the short but yet clear skills descriptions like "Writer",
"Translator", "Speaker"

2nd proposal seems me overall less clear but having "User" alone might
be better as it doesn't seem to really enter the "Language" and
"Technical" categories.
