On se propose, dans ce s=E9minaire, d'=E9tudier les transformations =
politiques de l'Italie depuis la crise de la =AB premi=E8re R=E9publique =
=BB au d=E9but des ann=E9es 1990. On s'int=E9ressera aux dynamiques de =
cette crise - depuis les premiers scandales politico-financiers en 1992 =
jusqu'=E0 l'accession =E0 la pr=E9sidence du Conseil de Silvio =
Berlusconi en 1994 - et =E0 la constitution, apr=E8s cette date, d'une =
configuration politique in=E9dite, caract=E9ris=E9e par l'=E9mergence, =
puis l'affirmation durable, de nouvelles forces partisanes (comme la =
Ligue ou Forza Italia) ainsi que par la red=E9finition, controvers=E9e, =
des r=E8gles du jeu politique et institutionnel. L'analyse de la crise =
politique permettra =E9galement de revenir sur l'histoire de l'Italie =
r=E9publicaine. En effet, les mani=E8res dont cette crise a =E9t=E9 =
interpr=E9t=E9e, les pol=E9miques auxquelles elle a donn=E9 lieu, mais =
aussi les nouvelles sources qui ont =E9t=E9 mises =E0 la disposition des =
chercheurs du fait des affaires judiciaires, tout cela a profond=E9ment =
influenc=E9 les =E9valuations - savantes et politiques - de l'histoire =
r=E9cente du pays et, par l=E0, les d=E9bats historiographiques =E0 son =
propos.=20

La conf=E9rence s'organisera autour de quatre th=E8mes principaux :

1)      Histoire et interpr=E9tations de la crise politique des ann=E9es =
1990 (dynamique de la crise politique entre 1992 et 1994 ; =E9volutions =
politiques et institutionnelles depuis cette date)

2)      Le r=F4le politique de la magistrature (les scandales =
politico-financiers ; magistrature et =AB question morale =BB ; les =
=E9volutions de la question judiciaire en Italie)

3)      Populisme et =AB anti-politique =BB (la Ligue du Nord ; le =AB =
ph=E9nom=E8ne Berlusconi =BB)
